  • first and/or last name (forms)
  • telephone number (forms)
  • email (forms)
  • residence (modules)
  • billing data (forms)
  • card number for payment of purchases (forms)

The application may collect other data depending on the information that the user chooses to offer (for example, in the contact form in the field concerning the message). This application uses cookies, however technical or analytical, if any, anonymised. We will not ask, at any time and on any occasion, to provide so-called “special” data, (GDPR art. 9: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to and informing about a person’s state of health or sexual life or sexual orientation). In the sole case in which such information is necessary for the mandate received, we will send the interested party prior and specific information requesting his/her free and separate consent.
Most of the Data requested by this Application, limited to what is necessary for the associated form and service, are compulsory and, in the absence of their provision, it may not be possible for this Application and the Owner to provide the service (by way of example, the contact form for forwarding requests of any nature may be forwarded only after having completed all the fields therein and accepted the processing of the data for the purposes following the forwarding of the form and its possible subsequent purposes).

In cases where this Application indicates some Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the service or its operation.
Full details on each type of Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by means of specific information texts displayed prior to the collection of such Data. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, automatically collected during the use of this Application (by way of example through normal and automatic navigation of this application and its internal services, if any, accessible by the User). Users who may have doubts as to which Data are mandatory are encouraged to contact the Data Controller. Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, is for the purpose of providing the service requested by the User, in addition to the further purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy.

Treatment responsibilities

The Data Controller processes the Personal Data of the Users by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Personal Data.
The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessed by categories of people in charge of organising the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.

No data will be forwarded to or used by third parties that are not included in or appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors or Co-Processors for those external software services used as set out in this Policy.

The Personal Data processed could be used by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory phases of such proceedings in order to defend the User against abuses in the use of this Application or related services.

The User declares that he/she is aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose the Data at the request of public authorities.

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Application and guarantees that he or she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Owner from any liability towards third parties.

Child protection

The services present in this portal and in those belonging to the network are intended, by their objective aspect and characteristic, for subjects legally able to conclude contractual obligations. No service present in these portals, and therefore no personal data of third parties not bound by contract, will ever be processed unless they are voluntarily indicated by the person requesting the service.

Services unrelated to this portal, such as on-site or remote assistance and home presentations and tests, may also require the processing of personal data of minors: for example, assistance related to educational or communication software created by our company.

Purpose of processing

Each service is governed by its own ToS.

The data processed may be used only for the cases listed here:

Contact from form: fulfilment of the request made via the contact form. Access to restricted areas offered: processing performed in order to offer access to the restricted areas of the user who has requested it (login via username, password and/or security code and/or access token and/or One Time Password).

Software download: download the installation file or software package associated with your user licence, full name and email.

Access to web services: access to web services related to the purchased and licensed software.

Online shopping and shop: access to web services related to ecommerce and online shopping.

News and updates: excluding commercial communications, these purposes allow you to receive information messages on the use of the requested service, its developments and updates offered free of charge. This service also includes the automatic forwarding of articles and information belonging to the news categories on which the person concerned wishes to remain updated.

On-site or remote technical assistance: fulfilment of the request for which the applicant applies.

No data will ever be processed for activities other than those indicated in this policy and when otherwise deducible from the service requested/authorised by the guest or registered user.

Types of data processed

The following personal data may be processed through this application:

Contact form: first name, last name, telephone and email address: these data will be automatically forwarded by email to the mailbox as defined during the design of the contact form and the request stored in the ticketing system associated with the same application. Place of processing: Data Controller’s headquarters and supporting hosting.

Access to restricted areas: email associated with personal account, IP associated with authentication request. Place of processing: supporting hosting infrastructure.

Account registration for access to restricted areas: IP associated with the registration request, first and last name, email address and telephone (if required), password and/or security code. The access password, before being stored, will be encrypted with appropriate algorithms. Place of processing: support hosting infrastructure.

News channel access: IP associated with registration request, full name, email address. Place of processing: supporting hosting infrastructure.

Online shopping and shopping: IP associated with the registration request, full name, billing and destination address, tax code or VAT number, payment card number. Place of processing: supporting hosting infrastructure.

Web Service (web services) implemented or implementable: IP address of the request. In the event that the software, created on specific and agreed requests from the requesting party, requires the transmission and therefore processing of other personal information by the Controller as above, separate information will be sent, created ad hoc for the type of software in use and on which the interested party will be asked to express their consent or refusal, free from any obligation, to the processing of the data transmitted. Place of processing: support hosting infrastructure.

Technical support requests (online): IP (for web-based requests), first and/or last name, telephone and/or email address at which to be contacted.
This data will be automatically forwarded to the system managing the technical support request and, where necessary for the purposes of managing the request, stored in a database. This storage and processing operation is necessary in order to satisfy the technical support request by updating it with any changes subsequently forwarded by the interested party. Place of processing: the Data Controller’s headquarters and the supporting hosting infrastructure.

Technical support requests (on-site or remote): IP (for requests via web remote control software), first and/or last name, residence, telephone and/or email address to be associated with the support card. This data will be automatically managed and processed by software and/or on paper and will be used to create the customer’s file. This operation of storage and processing are necessary in order to meet even future requests for technical support by keeping updating the history of assistance and this also for the purposes of compliance with the requirements concerning medical devices – in this case for the software Felicitous – the same with any changes forwarded later by the person concerned. Place of processing: the Data Controller’s headquarters and, only for the IP associated with its internet connection, the support infrastructure chosen for the remote control service.

Access to external web services: no personal data processed.
Even if it is not personal data or their processing but purely technical information concerning the logic of execution, the user who, using a software created by us, sends through it a request for access to external services, the same request is immediately fulfilled without any processing of data by us to the external service he has requested and to which we refer you to check the information associated with it (by way of example only: through a personalised browser you access Facebook, Google+, Twitter, YouTube and all those web services, more generally websites, not owned by us nor under our control or regulation).

Software licence registration and activation: Request IP
This data will be associated with the code of the licence for which activation is requested. Although the licence is not personal data as it is not permanently associated with an identifier that can allow the identification of a single precise user, but purely technical information and data, the activation will be associated with a unique identifier created according to appropriate algorithms and this in order to meet certain requirements of security and non-clonability (as high as possible) of the licensed software. The activation process, if carried out by telephone and manually by a technician directly on the software, will not require the processing of any personal data. Place of processing: support hosting infrastructure.

Chat Live Support: IP of the request and any other data that the user voluntarily wishes to forward in the Live session. Place of data processing: hosting infrastructure of the company offering this service and infrastructure and company headquarters of the Data Controller.

Depending on the software and the system for accessing and requesting web services, a set of data may also be processed which, although not objectively identifiable a priori as personal data, may contain personal data (depending on the choices made by the user): for example, the name of your computer account, your smartphone identifier.

hCaptcha: based on the legitimate interest, plugin and service offered by hChaptcha for the security of the portal and to prevent the submission of forms by bots. Support infrastructure in the EU and references:

SitSardegna Analytics: on the basis of legitimate interest, plugins and service for monitoring and optimizing the services offered on the portal. We use an internal tool on our server for measuring and monitoring access. The information on the use of the site is not transmitted to Bodies, Companies or Other external to SitSardegna. The guest’s ip is also two-bit pseudonymized (the last two blocks of the ip are always rendered in the x.y.0.0 format).

Treatment life cycle

The duration of the data processed is strictly linked to the fulfilment of the same request forwarded by the User and for which it is necessary to process the information contained therein. The life cycle of data processing can be summarised as follows:

Contact form: objectively not quantifiable in advance, the processing of data associated with the request will have a life cycle solely and strictly related to the same request and in any case, unless contractual continuations, for a maximum of two years from the satisfaction of the request.

Ecommerce module: the data will be stored for the fulfilment of legal obligations concerning the trade of goods and services (invoicing, etc. and for all correlative after-sales services).

Technical assistance and customer history: data will be stored for a maximum of 10 years from the last registration/update of the customer record.

Access to restricted areas and account registration: objectively unquantifiable a priori and closely linked to the wishes of the person concerned: the latter may at any time request the cancellation of the account created, thereby terminating the processing of data associated with it. The personal data processed, in this case, will be converted into totally anonymous data.

News and updates and marketing channel: objectively not quantifiable a priori and strictly linked to the wishes of the person concerned: the latter may at any time request the cancellation or suspension, even temporary, of his/her subscription by sending a simple email to the box dedicated to requests concerning the processing of personal data as indicated above or, if registered on the portal, by updating his/her personal preferences. In any case, if the interested party does not register any reputable activity of interest on the news received (for example, clicking on a link to consult the entire associated document) and this for two years: the account will first be suspended and, if not reactivated by the same user on his free choice, permanently deleted after 30 days.

Generic Web Services: the life cycle is limited to the request for access to the service, the latter being satisfied automatically and in real time.
In order to optimise the web services from a technical point of view, e.g. fluidity of requests and optimisation of the computational load, the storage period for this information relating to access to the web services is one year from the end of the request. At the end of this period, the processed data will be permanently and automatically deleted.

Web Service technical support request: objectively not quantifiable in advance, the processing of data associated with the request will have a life cycle solely and strictly related to the request itself. The storage period, however, is two years from the conclusion of the assistance and technical support. At the end of this period, the processed data will be converted into anonymous data or physically deleted. This data may be used internally, in any case converting the information into completely anonymous form, in order to improve the Help Desk service offered.

Hosting and support infrastructure: given the nature of the hosting infrastructure, some personal data may be processed automatically even without the user actually using the requested resource. Please note that, when a web resource is accessed (whatever its nature or presence on the network), the following information may be processed in appropriate log files associated with the support server where this application or others called upon are installed: IP address, browser, operating system used, time of receipt of the request, page or resource requested. These data are stored on the same support servers for the period of time strictly necessary and in any case in compliance with the relevant regulations in force. Used hosting: NetSons.

Analytics and access monitoring: the data processed are all anonymous and included in technical data. The storage period does not exceed 24 months. At the end of the processing period, the data will be deleted or made anonymous without future possibility of recovery of the previous anonymised/deleted information.

Support resources

Personal data may be processed using computer and/or telematic systems that make use of the following resources: various types of databases on Linux and/or Windows operating systems, generic office automation software packages (for example, software for managing documents, spreadsheets, pdf files, etc.), computer files (automated or manual) and paper files that are accessible only and exclusively by the Data Controller or its managers and/or appointees, if any (the latter two being strictly limited to the tasks assigned to them).
